Terms and Conditions

• An estimate will be generated and provided to you after a scope of work is agreed to.  Once you accept the estimate, the work will be scheduled as soon as possible depending on material/supplies availability, your desired schedule and our availability.
• Significant changes in scope of work (e.g. addition/change of materials, additional issues revealed during the course of work, etc) will be identified and added to the estimate; the additional scope will not be performed until accepted by you.  In some cases, the additional scope may be identified as better suited for specialized trades professionals; in this case you are responsible for selecting/contracting with the provider you choose.
• Invoices are due and payable upon completion of work
• Charges for materials/supplies are due prior to commencement of work
• Minimum visit charge is $50.  This includes cancellations less than 24 hours ahead of appointments and "no-shows" where we are unable to complete work because we could not access the work area because you or your representative failed to show.
• If we have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or we fail to show at the appointed time, there is no visit  charge for your next scheduled visit.
• "Do-overs" because you changed your opinion about colors/styles are no problem, but represent additional work and will be charged accordingly
• Even small repairs can generate noise, dust and temporary inconvenience such as water shutoffs.  We will do our best to work quickly, quietly and tidy up after, but please try to be understanding of the work and process involved.
